Jay H. Jung, Ph.D.
He obtained the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in civil and coastal engineering
at the University of Florida in 2003. His expertise is in high fidelity finite element
analysis and its applications to solving large-scale nonlinear problems. At Bridge
Software Institute, he is currently serving as a key contributor to the development
and enhancement of Multi-Pier. His career goal is to contribute to high fidelity
computational modeling and its application in advancing the basic computational
methods to tackle new scientific challenges on new generations of large scale bridge
engineering problems.
